Seaplane Transfers
On reaching Male International Airport, you will be received and welcomed by the JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa host who will help you with the transfers via Seaplane. A Seaplane flight takes approximately 50 minutes to reach JW Marriott Maldives Resort & Spa from Male Airport. The journey over the turquoise blue waters and a birds-eye view of the beautiful islands and atolls is surely an experience worth remembering and cherishing for years.

Seaplane transfers are provided only during the daytime between 6:00 am and 3:30 pm. Guests need to reach Male international Airport by 3:00 pm to get same-day transfers via a Seaplane. Do share your international flight schedules with the concerned team at the earliest or a minimum of 4-5 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guests with a seat on a Seaplane are also entitled to a complimentary baggage allowance of a total of 25 kg. This 25 kg includes 20 kg for check-in and 5kg for hand luggage. Baggage weighing over this is charged at USD 5.50 per kg. The amount is to be paid to the Carrier service at the airport.
