By Seaplane Transfer from Male Airport
To cover the distance between Kuramathi Maldives and Male International Airport, guests can chose to travel by a luxury seaplane. Seaplane transfers are available only in daylight hours between 06:00 hrs to 15:30 hrs. For guests with evening arrivals at Male, an overnight stay nearby Male Airport is suggested for guests opting for Seaplane transfer mode. The overnight stay expense is to be borne by the guests itself.
The travel time by seaplane from Male Airport to Kuramathi Maldives is approximately 25 minutes. Let’s take a look at the cost of transfer charges by a seaplane for round trip.

By Speedboat Transfer from Male Airport
For transfers between Male Airport and Kuramathi Maldives, guests can also chose to travel by Speedboat. The travel time by a speedboat is approximately 90 minutes. Speedboat transfers are available in morning and afternoon. You can refer the standard transfer timings here:
-Morning Speedboat Transfer:
Speedboat transfers are available for arriving flights at Male Airport between 06:00 hrs and 10:00 hrs, and for international departures from Male Airport between 09:00 hrs and 1400 hrs.
- Transfer from Kuramathi to Airport: scheduled time 06:00 hrs
- Transfer from Airport to Kuramathi: scheduled time 10:30 hrs
-Afternoon Speedboat Transfer:
Speedboat transfer is available for flight arrivals at Male Airport by 16:00 hrs. For international departures from Male Airport, Speedboat transfer is available from 17:30 hrs onwards.
- Transfer from Kuramathi to Airport: scheduled time 14:30 hrs
- Transfer from Airport to Kuramathi: scheduled time 16:30 hrs
Please note that guests arriving at Male after 16:00 hrs (4 pm) may need book an overnight stay nearby Male at their expense.
Speedboat Transfer Charges for Round Trip (Male Airport – Kuramathi – Male Airport):
