Radisson Blue Resort Maldives is located at Huruelhi Island, Alifu Dhaalu Atoll which is approx. 115 km away from Male Airport and can be reached by a seaplane journey or by domestic flight followed by a speed boat from Male Airport. By Seaplane Transfer
To reach the resort, you can choose to travel by scenic seaplane travel. Travel arrangements are being taken care of by the resort at an extra transfer cost. Seaplanes transfers are available only during daylight hours between 6 am and 3:30 pm.
Seaplane transfer is suitable for you if your arrival at Male Airport is before 3:30 pm and your departure from Male Airport is after 9 am. The transfer travel time by seaplane is around 30 minutes.
To arrange transfers, you need to get contact the resort and inform them about your preferred mode of transfer at least five days in advance. For booking transfers, you need to pay in advance to the resort team. Let’s take a look at the transfer cost for a round trip:
- USD 733.04 per Adult (age 12 years and above)
- USD 609.84 per Child (age from 02 years to 11 years)
- Infant (0 – 1.99 years) is complimentary

By Domestic Flight Transfer
The other available mode of transfer available from Male Airport is a domestic flight to Villa Airport Maamigili (VAM) which is the closest airport to the resort. After reaching Villa Airport, a speedboat ride of about 15 minutes finally reach Radisson Blue Resort. Total travel time is 35 minutes approx. 20 minutes by domestic flight plus 15 minutes speedboat ride.
Note: FYI, the airport transfer method must be same for both arrival and departure.
